A $300 fee applies for violations. 🐱 No Cats: Strictly prohibited due to a family member’s severe allergy. 🐶 Dog Rules: 🚫 No dogs on beds or furniture. 🦮 Keep dogs leashed while outside. 🛏️ Crate dogs when left alone indoors. 🧽 Wipe muddy paws and pick up all waste (bag/tie and place in covered bins or garage). 📣 Report any injuries, damages, or complaints immediately. ⚠️ Hosts may require removal of a dog if disruptive, unsafe, or violating rules. 🧳 Lost Items: We cannot be responsible for belongings left after checkout. If found, items can be shipped back at guest’s expense (payment required before shipping). Please check thoroughly before departing.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all interior spaces and the backyard. Parking is simple with an oversized private driveway and covered carport, providing plenty of space for multiple vehicles or even a camper. Self check-in allows for an easy and flexible arrival.
