🐱 No Cats: Strictly prohibited due to a family member’s severe allergy. 🐶 DOG RULES (By Prior Approval Only): All dogs must be disclosed and approved before booking. Maximum of 2 dog per stay. ✅ Weight limit: 50 lbs per dog (exceptions must be approved in writing before arrival). A non-refundable pet fee applies. Dogs must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and on flea/tick prevention. 🚫 No dogs on beds or furniture. 🦮 Dogs must be kept leashed while outside. 🛏️ Dogs must be crated when left alone indoors. 🧽 Wipe muddy paws and pick up all waste immediately (bag/tie and place in covered bins or garage). ⚠️ Host may require immediate removal of any dog that is disruptive, unsafe, excessively noisy, or in violation of these rules. 💳 Guests are fully financially responsible for all pet-related damage, including scratched doors, stained carpets, chewed furniture, odors, or yard damage. Additional cleaning or repair fees will be charged through Airbnb if needed. 🚨 Undisclosed pets will result in immediate cancellation without refund and additional fees. 🧳 Lost Items: We cannot be responsible for belongings left after checkout.
