A $500 smoking fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including odors, ashes, burns, or smoke damage. 🚗 Parking Rules: Parking for 1 vehicle only in designated parking spot. Additional street parking available 🐱 No Cats: Strictly prohibited due to a family member’s severe allergy. 🐶 Dog Rules — By Prior Approval Only: All dogs must be disclosed and approved before booking. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. ✅ Weight limit: 50 lbs per dog. Exceptions must be approved in writing before arrival. 💳 A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies. Dogs must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and on flea/tick prevention. 🚫 No dogs on beds or furniture. 🦮 Dogs must be kept leashed while outside. 🛏️ Dogs must be crated when left alone indoors. 🧽 Wipe muddy paws and pick up all waste immediately. Bag/tie waste and place it in covered bins or garage. ⚠️ Host may require immediate removal of any dog that is disruptive, unsafe, excessively noisy, or in violation of these rules. 💳 Guests are fully financially responsible for all pet-related damage, including scratched doors, stained carpets, chewed furniture, odors, or yard damage.
